Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive paid social campaigns for ecommerce and personal brands. The role splits evenly between creative strategy, Meta ads management, and direct client communication to translate data into actionable insights.

You will craft compelling hooks, supervise creative production, and optimize campaigns for scale. You’ll research audiences, build personas, write copy that resonates, and present results clearly to clients.

Formación

• Strong copywriting for scrolling audiences
• Habit of studying ads to reverse-engineer success
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL
• Ability to lead client relationships and strategic conversations

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points, objections, and outcomes
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy
• Direct creative production and visual storytelling maintaining brand
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget
• Interpret CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify winning creative
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for clients
• Lead client meetings and maintain documentation between calls
