Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Growth Marketer to own creative strategy and Meta ads management for e-commerce and personal brands. You will craft hooks, copy, and visuals, run campaigns, and translate results into clear client recommendations.

Join a remote-first team of around 20 that values entrepreneurial initiative. The role offers base pay plus performance incentives and flexible scheduling across PST/CST/EST time zones.

Formación

• Must have proven copywriting that engages scroll-stoppers.
• Ability to study ads and reverse-engineer what makes campaigns work.
• Strong understanding of core ad metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL).

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points and desires from Reddit, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling with brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget allocation.
• Analyze CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and maintain documentation between calls.
