Jeeves, a groundbreaking financial operating system, is seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team. You will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles across our global engineering organization, partnering with leaders to build pipelines and scale technical hiring as the company grows.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• LatAm recruiting experience required, including Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil.
• Demonstrated technical fluency: distinguish backend stacks and engineer roles.
• Proven track record of closing senior technical hires in a high-growth environment.
• Advanced sourcing across Boolean, GitHub, referrals, and outbound campaigns.
• Experience with ATS and modern sourcing stacks; Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, HireEZ.
• Strong consultative skills with local and remote engineering hiring managers.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from intake through offer acceptance.
• Run intake meetings with engineering hiring managers and translate requirements into a search strategy.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using technical communities and AI-assisted tools.
• Conduct technical pre-screens to assess depth and ownership.
• Deliver talent market intelligence and honest feedback on market alignment.
• Manage the candidate experience end to end and negotiate offers.
