Jeeves, a groundbreaking financial operating system, seeks a Revenue Operations Data Analyst to power growth across partnerships and new markets. You will build dashboards, ensure data integrity, and surface insights that shape GTM decisions alongside the Head of Revenue Operations.

You’ll work with Tableau, Excel, and SQL to track performance, model scenarios, and support planning cycles. The role rewards initiative, cross-functional collaboration, and an AI-first approach to scalable analytics

Formación

• 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related GTM-adjacent role.
• Hands-on Tableau experience required; dashboards built from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with CRM data (HubSpot preferred) and connecting it to downstream reporting.
• Exposure to incentive compensation modeling, quota attainment reporting, or variable pay analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.
• Experience in B2B fintech, payments, corporate banking, or expense management.
• Familiarity with multi-currency, multi-region revenue reporting.
• Experience building or improving compensation and quota-tracking systems end-to-end.
• Background in channel partnerships, broker networks, or indirect sales models.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards tracking performance across partnerships channel and new growth initiatives.
• Analyze conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, and revenue attainment across programs and segments.
• Provide interpretations and recommendations when trends shift or programs underperform.
• Support quarterly and annual GTM reviews with cohort breakdowns and market benchmarks.
• Contribute to GTM capacity planning and quota-setting cycles.
• Maintain performance against target reporting and flag outliers early.
• Support variable compensation analysis and ensure timely payouts with Finance.
• Build data structures for reliable rolling forecasts across segments.
