Jeeves is seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team and own hiring for Engineering, Product, and Data. You will partner with engineering leaders to build pipelines across backend, infrastructure, data, and mobile roles for our global teams — and shape how we scale technical hiring as the company grows.

The ideal candidate has fintech or software startup recruiting experience, reads system design descriptions, and builds sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in technical roles.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• LatAm recruiting experience (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil) and global exposure.
• Proven ability to close senior technical hires in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on with ATS and sourcing tools Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, HireEZ.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles.
• Translate requirements into search strategies and market views.
• Build and execute sourcing across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and communities.
• Conduct technical pre-screens to provide signals beyond resumes.
• Drive employer branding and posting optimization across channels.
• Manage offers and onboarding handoff to ensure a smooth process.
