People Culture Talent is seeking a Technical Sourcer to own research and outreach for engineers, data scientists, and product leaders across stages from pre-seed to pre-IPO. This fully remote role requires 4–5 hours of overlap daily in PT, and offers placement-based bonuses within a 6-month independent contractor arrangement.

You will build diverse candidate pipelines, test outreach approaches, and partner with recruiters to shape world-class engineering teams for client growth.

Formación

• Experience reaching out to professionals in recruiting, sales, or research roles.
• Strong written English for outreach messages.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and keep records up to date.
• Comfort with remote work and self-motivation.
• Understanding of technical roles (engineers, PMs, data scientists).

Responsabilidades

• Candidate research and identification across engineers, PMs, and data scientists.
• Multi-channel sourcing to build comprehensive candidate lists.
• Personalized outreach and initial conversations to gauge interest.
• Market research on companies and teams to map the competitive landscape.
• Pipeline building to create diverse candidate slates for clients.
• Initial screening via phone/video to assess basics before recruiters.
• Sourcing strategy testing to improve response rates and diversity.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to align on role requirements.
