Jeeves is seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team and own hiring for our Engineering, Product, and Data organizations.

You will partner with engineering leaders to build pipelines for backend, infrastructure, data, and product roles across our global teams, and shape how we scale technical hiring as the company grows. Location: This is a full-time remote position.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• LatAm technical recruiting experience required, including Mexico, Colombia, and/or Brazil.
• Demonstrated technical fluency and ability to discuss backend stacks and platform vs product engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles.
• Translate technical requirements into search strategy, calibration criteria, and market view.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find technical talent across multiple channels.
• Conduct technical pre-screens to provide real signals to hiring managers.
• Deliver talent market intelligence and honest feedback on market fit.
• Manage candidate experience end to end with timely communication and prep.
• Negotiate and close offers for top technical candidates.
• Advocate for data-driven recruiting with funnel metrics and forecasts.
• Partner with engineering leadership on interview design and training to keep standards.
• Drive technical employer branding and sourcing content.
• Own end-to-end logistics from posting to onboarding handoff.
• Contribute to broader Global People Operations initiatives.
