You will work closely with the CEO and leaders, shaping recruitment as the company scales beyond 100 employees and hiring for roles across functions.
Role involves building relationships with passive talent, owning the end-to-end candidate journey, and contributing to employer branding.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience including tech recruitment.
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
- Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs.
- Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ownership mindset and proactive, feedback-friendly approach.
- Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored NSFW content.
Responsibilities
- Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide.
- Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and unconventional channels.
- Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
- Own the candidate journey from discovery to close.
- Conduct structured interviews for technical and cultural fit.
- Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain quality.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives for AI talent.
