Job summary

Trolley AI is seeking a remote, worldwide operations lead to own the global talent operations for a client program. You will manage the unit’s budget, P&L, and service delivery, replacing agency placements and scaling the recruitment function with a small, focused team.

You report to the CEO and collaborate with client finance, people and legal leaders, and internal operations. Fluent English and Spanish are required, with advanced AI usage and no-volume sourcing.

Qualifications

• Experience running a function with a P&L and multi-million dollar budget.
• Strong controller-level finance skills: ledger, payroll, cash flow, forecasting, close.
• Knowledge of global contractor/employee classifications and labor laws.
• Fluent English and Spanish writing for updates and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the unit's P&L, budget and forecast with monthly reporting and margins.
• Manage workforce and payroll sign-off, invoicing and collections.
• Oversee hiring plan and recruiter pool with a defined calendar.
• Lead onboarding, contracts and vendor management with AI-assisted tools.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reviews and documented playbooks.
