Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC is a US-based lender expanding its talent pool globally. We seek a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support international recruitment, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical and non-technical roles.

The role is fully remote for Europe-based candidates, on a B2B contract, with USD compensation and PTO. You will work closely with the CEO and leaders to attract top talent and optimize the recruitment workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across multiple roles.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Strong communication and timely coordination with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
