David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI tech company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire globally, focusing on tech roles. You will work with the CEO and leaders as the third TA specialist, shaping recruitment as the company grows beyond 100 employees.

Role is remote (Europe) with a B2B contract and competitive remuneration based on experience. You’ll recruit across functions internationally and contribute to employer branding and AI-driven sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruitment experience, incl. 2+ years in tech
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing with track record in major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Goal-oriented with ownership and a doer mindset

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide, including passive candidates
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and innovative sourcing channels
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing AI technology company with over 50 million users worldwide that is seeking to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.

The successful candidate will be the company's third Talent Acquisition Specialist, working closely with the CEO and business leaders to recruit internationally across every function, with a strong focus on tech, while helping shape how recruitment evolves as the company grows beyond 100 employees.

Location: Europe, Remote

Remuneration: Competitive salary dependant on experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide, including candidates who are not actively applying
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack, using AI agents, niche technical communities and unconventional channels to find exceptional talent
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally to stay ahead of hiring needs
• Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies that keep the quality bar high
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content that position the company as a leading destination for AI talent

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience, with a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Perfectly fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills
• Goal-oriented with strong ownership and a doer mindset, balancing execution, planning and strategy
• Humble and open to feedback, thriving in a high-trust environment
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content
