Job summary

Trolley is a fast-growing creative operations company delivering high-impact digital and marketing solutions. You will own our global talent operations function end-to-end: team, systems, tools, financial performance and service delivery.

You’ll manage the Account Manager, Administrator and recruiter pool, with a focus on top-five shortlisted roles and budget compliance. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with finance, People and Legal leaders, and our operations team to scale hiring,

Qualifications

• Experience running a function end-to-end with a P&L and a team.
• Strong finance skills: payroll, payables, receivables, cash flow, forecasting.
• Experience with global contractor and employee classification and local labor law.

Responsibilities

• Own the unit's P&L, budget, forecast and cash view with monthly reporting.
• Manage the core team, recruiter pool, payroll, invoicing and payments.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, contracts and work authorization with legal counsel.
• Ensure top-five shortlist for each role and approve spend within budget.
