Job summary

Chevron is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Buenos Aires to join the Human Resources team at Chevron Global Business Services. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle for US, UK, and LATAM markets, collaborating with hiring managers and using Workday and modern sourcing tools to secure top talent.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 4+ years in high-volume recruitment, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelorʼs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 4 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate multinational environment or high-volume agency.
Must be highly proficient in English.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Teamwork and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles across U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights; extend offers and manage salary negotiations.
Collaborate with HR and business to understand talent requirements and strategy.
Develop and implement short- and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
Leverage Workday and other recruiting platforms to identify and secure top talent.
Identify trends to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
Adhere to global recruitment protocols and track data in ATS.
