Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LAC team. You will manage licensing across a large portfolio, interact with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineering teams, and drive compliance and optimization initiatives.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge and the ability to operate in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment, with English and Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM/ITAM experience with licensing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience with renewals, entitlements and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and vendors.
• Prioritize high-volume requests and drive process improvements.
