WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LAC team. You will oversee software licensing across the lifecycle, interpret terms, maintain asset records and drive renewals and optimization in a high-volume environment.

The role requires strong SAM experience, proficiency with licensing models and collaboration with IT, Procurement and Finance teams worldwide. English and Spanish fluency are essential for regional and global engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management, software licensing, or IT Asset Management with SAM responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of licensing models and ability to interpret entitlements and renewals.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio and collaborating with regional/global stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accurate processing.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting across multiple publishers.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineering teams to resolve licensing needs.
