Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its regional LAC team. You will manage software licensing across a large, multi-publisher portfolio and collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to ensure accurate licensing decisions and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM expertise, advanced English and Spanish, and the ability to move quickly between differing publisher requirements while maintaining compliance and service delivery across

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing in a high-volume environment.
Knowledge of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS licenses.
Experience managing licenses across multiple publishers and licensing models.
Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.
Ability to manage competing priorities and respond quickly to requests.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accuracy and timeliness.
Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
Maintain asset and entitlement records including purchasing data.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
Support licensing audits and reporting to improve cost efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
