Job summary

WSP is hiring a Software Asset Management Specialist to support a large, regional portfolio across LATAM. You will coordinate licensing decisions, track entitlements, and push for cost optimization while collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on SAM expertise, strong attention to detail and the ability to move quickly between publishers and requests in a high‑volume environment, with English and Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing knowledge.
• Familiarity with multiple licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud).
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio and entitlements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and cost optimization.
