Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team supporting LATAM and international regions. You will manage licensing requests, interpret terms, and maintain accurate asset records across multiple publishers.

Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors to ensure compliance, optimize costs and drive process improvements in a high-volume environment. Advanced English and Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment.
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud).
• Experience maintaining asset records and license entitlements.
• Proven ability to coordinate renewals and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests through full lifecycle.
• Interpret terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain software asset and entitlement records, including purchases.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and cost optimization; collaborate with stakeholders.
