Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the global SAM team, overseeing licensing for LATAM and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers to support compliant licensing decisions and cost optimization.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models, and fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to manage high-volume requests across multiple publishers and regions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM with licensing and IT asset management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
• Experience managing broad software portfolios and entitlements across publishers.
• Experience with renewals, license utilization, compliance, audits.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing detail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across multiple publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
