WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to oversee licensing decisions across Latin America and other regions, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams to ensure compliance and optimize costs.

You will manage licensing requests, interpret terms, maintain records, coordinate renewals and audits, and support cost efficiency in a high-volume, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing or IT Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, optimization or audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and priorities in a dynamic publisher environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records including purchasing/licensing information.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment and contribute to process improvements.
