Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the SAM team and oversee licensing across Latin America and international regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to support accurate licensing decisions and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing or ITAM responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud).
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across lifecycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Interpret terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records including purchasing/licensing info.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and cost-efficiency reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
