• Set standards for hypothesis-driven design, evidence, and decision-making.
• Shape enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding, genomics, and analytics.
• Lead adoption strategies and governance for new practices across crops and regions.
• Own impact metrics and drive investment decisions with data-driven insights.
• Provide technical and strategic knowledge to the Capability Center and align with LRP.
