Job summary

Wand is seeking a skilled People Operations lead to run day-to-day HR, own the collaborator experience, and drive end-to-end recruitment for our 150-person, fully remote team across 20+ countries. You will manage HRIS (Deel, Ashby, Lattice), onboarding, offboarding, benefits, policies, and recruiting operations, ensuring data integrity and consistent processes across a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

4+ years in People Operations at tech companies, including remote/global startups.
Experience end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding.
Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
Experience at fully remote companies with multi-country teams.
Experience with multiple worker types: employees, EOR, contractors.
Hands-on admin of HRIS and ATS: Deel, Ashby, Lattice a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Strong HR best practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own Deel as HRIS and single source of truth; manage worker records and data integrity.
Run onboarding from offer to first day and offboarding from notice to last day.
Administer, enforce, and update benefits and policies.
Drive end-to-end recruiting including sourcing, interviews, and offers.
Design and run programs to keep a distributed team connected with socials and channels.
Build recognition programs for anniversaries, milestones, and life events.
Be the first point of contact for policy, benefits, and process.
