Sur seeks a Head of People to own the people function end to end for a fast-growing, fully remote coaching and consulting business. You will partner with the COO, build systems, and drive culture and leadership development in a startup environment.

You will manage hiring pipelines, onboarding, performance programs, and leadership development while navigating US-based employment requirements and international hiring considerations. This is a hands-on, coaching-focused role in a.remote team.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Experience with US-based companies and handling HR end-to-end for a team.
• Hands-on in salary negotiations and full-cycle onboarding.
• Knowledge of employee vs. contractor classification including international hires.

Responsabilidades

• Manage hiring pipeline and interview coordination across stakeholders.
• Plan capacity and budget alignment before opening roles.
• Own onboarding, contracts, and salary negotiations for incoming hires.
• Handle a mixed workforce of employees and contractors across borders.
