Bayer seeks a Research and Impact Acceleration Lead to define vision and strategy for accelerating breeding research and impact across the organization. You will drive improvements in speed, evidence quality, and yield through early pipeline innovations and enabling technologies.

You will collaborate with Capability Center teams and lead global initiatives, ensuring alignment with in-market teams, DEI, HS&E, and ethics standards across crops and regions.

Competenze

• PhD/MS in a relevant breeding or data science field.
• Solid track record driving innovation into applied breeding pipelines.
• Experience leading research acceleration or early pipeline initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions.
