Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to own client accounts, drive operational excellence and lead cross‑functional teams globally. You will manage relationships, reviews, and performance while balancing client needs with company interests.

You will shape engagements, discuss SLAs and contracts, and help scale a large support operation. Remote cooperation is supported with overlap for client schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in customer support operations.
• Experience managing Customer Support teams of 50+ people.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to push back diplomatically and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• You don't need to have built an operation from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the account health, relationships, performance and risks.
• Lead ops calls and business reviews with client stakeholders.
• Discuss SLA, KPIs, and service delivery; explain decisions.
• Handle commercial discussions with Legal and Finance on contracts.
• Turn vague requests into scoped, staffed workstreams.
• Maintain and improve operations; drive SOPs, escalation paths and reports.
• Lead through leaders; set priorities and ensure delivery.
• Oversee invoicing, documentation, onboarding/offboarding for ~100 people.
• Plan travel calendar and coordinate peak seasons.
