Job summary

InEvent is seeking an Account Project Manager (Enterprise) to guide large clients through the platform, drive adoption, and grow account value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, promote features, and ensure successful project outcomes.

The role requires strong client management skills, technical acumen, and willingness to travel internationally as needed. This is a full-time contract position with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Account Development.
• Experience retaining clients and driving ongoing usage of the solution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed understanding of the InEvent platform to assist clients.
• Review client concerns and improve the client experience.
• Promote the value of the InEvent platform and upsell where appropriate.
• Grow platform usage within client organizations.
• Suggest optimization of processes across Customer Success initiatives.
• Mentor and coach trainers on Enterprise accounts.
