dLocal is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Buenos Aires to manage all technical aspects of customer relationships. You will serve as the first point of contact for new merchants, guiding them to the best solutions that fit their needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, and excellent communication skills in English. The role offers a hybrid work model and flexibility.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in a similar technical account management role.
• Experience dealing with customers from a technical perspective.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
