Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end management of global HR processes from policy to execution. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and legal to optimize and govern processes, ensuring high-quality talent outcomes across regions.

The role is remote and LATAM-aligned with global collaboration. You will build Standard Work, training materials, and governance frameworks, and drive continuous improvement through data and VOC feedback.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or transformation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
• Ability to present process performance reports to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; experience with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work and governance.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, and regional teams to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and job aids.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, VOC, and automation opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure value alignment with SLAs.
