Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead global HR processes end-to-end, partnering with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize and govern talent outcomes.

This remote LATAM role offers training, coaching, and total rewards including health benefits, paid time off, and annual bonus eligibility, with cross-border collaboration and scalable process design.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 7+ years in HR Operations or transformation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with centers of excellence, IT, Legal, and regional teams.
• Experience presenting process KPIs and adoption metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday, and professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and operating routines.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish process governance, intake/prioritization routines, and KPI reporting in line with legal and data privacy requirements.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, Data & Applications to enable automation, data quality, and integrations.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent execution across regions.
