Job summary

Carazo Enterprise SL seeks an experienced HR Director to lead the international People Operations function and establish a transparent, performance‑driven HR system. The role covers the entire employee lifecycle, from contracts to offboarding, with a focus on policy development and organizational design.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the candidate will manage a remote/international team, ensure payroll coordination and compliance, and drive sophisticated HR initiatives across LATAM and Europe

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader.
• Experience managing international HR operations across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations and HR policies.
• Proven ability to manage remote or international teams and complex HR programs.
• Experience coordinating compensation, benefits and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead international People Operations and HR governance.
• Develop HR strategy and support organizational design.
• Manage employee and contractor agreements, renewals and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment in LATAM and Europe.
• Improve retention, trainings and onboarding; maintain employee files and probation records.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and internal procedures.
