5411 Hub is recruiting a People Manager on behalf of an innovative international technology company delivering digital solutions and professional services globally. The role leads the People function for ~80 employees, with direct responsibility for the Colombia office and support for distributed teams across several countries.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience leading Human Resources or People functions.
  • Experience supporting multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute People strategies in dynamic organizations.
  • Strong experience in onboarding, learning & development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and labor regulations across major LATAM countries.
  • Experience working in technology companies is highly valued.
  • Previous experience in technology startups or high-growth scale-ups is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English is required. Spanish is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

  • Drive workforce planning and organizational design across international teams.
  • Develop talent management strategies that promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture across geographically distributed teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership on people-related matters.
  • Champion employee engagement, well‑being, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Lead change management and organizational transformation projects.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support global hiring strategies.
  • Design and continuously improve onboarding programs to ensure an exceptional employee experience.
  • Standardize onboarding processes across countries while respecting local requirements.
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top technology talent.
  • Design and implement leadership development and career growth programs.
  • Lead training initiatives focused on technical, leadership, and soft skills.
  • Promote continuous learning across the organization.
  • Drive performance management, feedback, and succession planning processes.
  • Lead People Operations for the Colombia office while supporting global teams.
  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Coordinate office administration, workplace experience, and employee well‑being initiatives.
  • Continuously improve HR processes through automation and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations across key LATAM countries.
  • Work closely with legal advisors on labor and regulatory matters.
  • Support employment contracts, internal policies, and employee relations.
  • Identify and mitigate HR compliance risks across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop and monitor People KPIs and organizational metrics.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports to support business decisions.Use workforce analytics to improve hiring, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Position Overview

ThePeople Managerwill lead the People function for a global team of approximately80 employees, with direct responsibility for the Colombia office while supporting distributed teams across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
