Caylent is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to guide senior leaders on organizational design, leadership capability, and workforce planning in a high-growth environment. You will use data-driven insights to inform people decisions and partner with AI-enabled tools to increase impact.

The role focuses on scaling the HRBP function, partnering with leadership, and driving enterprise-wide people initiatives across Caylent’s global teams. This is a remote, USD-compensated opportunity.

Formación

• Full professional proficiency in English.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and organizational consulting.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in high-growth or fast-changing organizations.
• Strong coaching, change-management, and employee-relations judgment.
• Business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and decisions.
• Fluency with AI and daily use to accelerate analysis and decision support.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders across assigned departments as strategic HRBP advisor.
• Guide decisions on organizational effectiveness, team design, and workforce planning.
• Diagnose systemic issues affecting performance and growth.
• Analyze people, business, and operational data to surface insights and influence decisions.
• Help leaders navigate ambiguity and organizational change.
