Assetara Limited is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist to support our Rosario Zone 2 operations. You will source candidates, coordinate schedules, and conduct first-round video interviews for international roles, reporting to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, present well on camera, and have experience in recruiting or virtual assistance. A reliable home office with good internet is required to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional presentation on camera.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Home office setup with HD webcam, clear microphone, and reliable internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates and post jobs across free channels and boards.
• Review resumes provided by the company and manage inbound applications.
• Schedule interviews with candidates across time zones via Email/WhatsApp.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day and record every interview for leadership reporting.
• Maintain daily candidate pipelines and submit structured daily reports.
