Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in HR, operations, or tech management roles.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and cloud-based software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting including onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
• Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management.
• Support performance management and development programs.
• Develop HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Coordinate engagement activities and company events.
• Advise on HR-related questions and protect confidentiality.
• Track turnover, retention, and hiring timelines.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning.
• Administer tech and HR integrations and automate workflows.
