Remote is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions, to oversee complex end-to-end exits for external employees with strict compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will provide first-level Employee Relations guidance, navigate workplace concerns, and drive process improvements within the Lifecycle team.

You will report to the Manager of Employee Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions, and operate in an AMER location with a fully remote setup.

Formación

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HRBP with full employee lifecycle exposure.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, multi-jurisdictional contexts.
• Proven ability to manage voluntary and involuntary exits with care and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers and redundancy processes.
• Manage meetings with clients and external employees, including negotiations and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Draft and tailor termination documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities to improve offboarding processes and automation.
