Hired is seeking an English-speaking Generalist for a full-time, fully remote role on behalf of a client. You will provide support to users via chat and email, assist with onboarding, account setup, and platform navigation.

The role emphasizes clear English communication, troubleshooting common issues, and documenting interactions. It offers flexible remote work across international markets and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries.

Formación

• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
• Prior experience in customer support, generalist support, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clear and concise English language support to users via chat, email, or other communication channels.

• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to user accounts, transactions, or technical difficulties.
