• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience managing extended workforce B2B business development or inside sales operations within the technology industry.
• Experience designing operating models that integrate internal teams with external partner ecosystems.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

• Lead the evolution of extended workforce BD and inside sales programs into highly automated, high-velocity engines.
• Manage suppliers and co-create next-generation sales workflows with strategic partners.
• Embed an AI-first approach, design smart governance frameworks, and transform business workflows to drive efficiency.
