Google Cloud is seeking a Global Sales Operations and AI Solutions Consultant within the Cloud Vendor Management Organization (VMO). In this role you will move beyond traditional vendor management to design automated, AI-driven sales workflows and co-create high-efficiency delivery models with strategic partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience managing B2B business development or inside sales operations within the technology industry.
• Experience designing scalable operating models that integrate internal teams with external partner ecosystems.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
• Proven experience in advisory or consulting roles influencing executives and driving large-scale change.

Responsabilidades

• Move beyond traditional vendor management to co-create and architect delivery models with strategic partners; redesign internal workflows with modern technologies.
• Act as a management consultant to Google Cloud sales leadership; design and architect complex extended workforce engagements.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven automation, GenAI tools, and advanced tech stacks into the partner ecosystem.
• Advocate operational excellence across the business funnel; design scalable workflows to improve conversion and win rates.
• Lead data-driven governance with predictive analytics to drive monthly/quarterly goals and pipeline value.
