Lever, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst with GA4 and GTM experience to own web analytics and pixel deployment for education-focused campaigns. You will implement tracking across multiple ad platforms and ensure airtight data collection from first click to CRM entry.

You will configure GA4 events, manage GTM containers, and collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to maintain data integrity and privacy compliance across partners.

Formación

• 3+ years in web analytics or tracking in marketing/agency settings.
• Proficiency with GTM containers, triggers, variables, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on GA4 setup including events, DebugView, and data validation.
• Understand GDPR/CCPA and consent management in practice.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management & deployment across multi-client environments using GTM and data layers.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration for major ad channels via pixels and CAPI.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity across client sites and platforms.
• Own data privacy compliance and consent configurations.
• Support documentation, tagging plans, naming conventions, and cross-team enablement.
