Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full funnel for DTC accounts from discovery to conversion. You’ll manage client relationships directly, audit campaigns, and drive incrementality with PMax, Shopping, and YouTube across a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and results (CPA/ROAS).
• Fluent in the whole stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and walk the client through findings.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and report them distinctly.
• Understand and manage PMax to reflect true incremental value vs branded volume.
• Oversee the feed, tracking, and creative implications across platforms.
• Build or optimize landing pages and scripts as needed to remove bottlenecks.
