Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own and optimize DTC accounts end-to-end for diverse brands. You will speak directly with clients, present plans, and defend decisions, owning the results and the strategy from feed to landing page and measurement.

You bring hands-on experience with Google Ads at meaningful spend, expertise in Shopping/PMax, and fluency in English. Remote role with US Eastern hours; Shopify/AI tooling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce with demonstrable results.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax specifically, not just search.
• Fluent in English at native level.
• Able to work US Eastern business hours for client calls.
• Bonus: built or operated Shopify store or Meta at spend.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit each account before touch: structure, terms, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Understand PMax activity and separate branded vs non-branded signals.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit auto features.
• Own the product feed and Merchant Center hygiene.
• Own the tracking stack: GA4, GTM, conversions, and offline imports.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix through landing pages, offers, and tracking.
• Build landing pages or scripts as needed to remove constraints.
• Communicate ideas clearly to clients in English and defend your approach.
