Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for DTC brands, speak directly with clients, and defend your decisions with results.

You will own the funnel, manage feeds, tracking, and creative optimization, and you will build assets as needed. You must be fluent in English, comfortable with six-figure monthly ad spends, and able to work US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Hands-on with meaningful spend on ecommerce; demonstrate CPA/ROAS impact.
• Fluent English for client-facing communications.

Responsibilities

• You are the account manager; you own the client relationship and updates.
• Audit before touching anything: structure, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate entities; report them separately.
• Know what PMax is doing; separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit auto features and sitelinks.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, titles, promotions, and impact on Shopping.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, conversions, and reconciliation.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix: creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, checkout.
• Build the necessary assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting.
