Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the entire funnel for DTC/eCommerce accounts. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, communicate results directly to clients, audit accounts before changes, and optimize attribution to drive real business growth.

You will work remotely with clients globally, taking calls during US Eastern hours as needed. The role emphasizes ownership, strategic thinking, and measurable outcomes over routine maintenance.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
Ability to own client relationships and present results directly.
Experience auditing accounts and defending recommended changes.
Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and landing page optimization.
Knowledge of Shopify and product feed impacts on performance.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
Audit campaigns, structure, terms, bidding, and conversion tracking.
Run brand and non-brand separately, report outcomes clearly.
Own feed, landing pages, and tracking across platforms.
Engage clients, defend decisions, and drive incremental growth.
Work with YouTube, PMax, Shopping, and Demand Gen as needed.
