Inflection Club is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Community & Operations and the Director of Investments. You will own calendars, inboxes, and meeting logistics, ensuring coordinations are proactive and disruptions are minimized.

You will balance priorities, handle confidential data, and work async in a distributed team. This fully remote role offers exposure to institutional-grade deal flow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to anticipate needs and pre-plan across time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a professional setting.
• Discretion handling confidential member, financial, and deal information.

Responsabilités

• Manage Directors' calendars, inboxes, and follow-ups to optimize time.
• Coordinate across time zones with members, founders, and counsel.
• Prepare agendas and materials for Investment Committee sessions and events.
• Take notes, capture decisions, and distribute actions the same day.
• Track action items to completion with owners and dates.
• Support travel, expenses, and ad-hoc inquiries as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and CRM tools.
