atomic HR is a fully remote recruiting startup serving Latin America, focusing on US startups and agencies. The Talent Lead Generation Specialist will craft personalized outreach, source candidates across roles, and manage a scalable pipeline with AI tools.

No prior recruiting experience is required, and mentorship is provided to learn the talent side while you grow. Part-time to start (roughly 20–30 hours/week) with US-time overlap.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up to avoid drop-offs.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while staying personalized.
• Track performance and adjust approach based on data.
