atomic HR is a remote recruiting startup hiring an Entry Level Outbound Talent Specialist to work with US startups and marketing agencies. The role emphasizes lead generation through targeted outreach, role promotion, and response-driven messaging.

You’ll be mentored as you learn the talent side while using a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools to scale your work. This position is fully remote from Latin America and offered as a part-time contractor role, with hours overlapping US time

Responsibilities

• Research roles to identify ideal candidates and where to find them
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines to improve replies
• Post and promote roles to attract applicants
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates for conversation
• Maintain organized pipelines and persistent follow-ups
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to scale without losing a personal touch
• Monitor results and adjust strategies based on data
