atomic HR is a recruiting startup focused on LATAM talent for US/Canada startups and agencies. This entry-level Talent Lead Generation Specialist role is fully remote from Latin America, part-time (20–30 hours/week) with US time overlap.

You’ll craft outreach, research audiences, and manage a candidate pipeline using AI tools, with mentorship as you learn the talent side. No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored and supported by a modern tech stack and dedicated sourcing

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to identify ideal candidates and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to boost replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates for next steps.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and maintain follow-ups.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while staying personal.
• Track performance and adjust approach based on results.
