Responsibilities

• Identify and design technical solutions with clients to progress toward an AI-enabled future on Meta Business Messaging.
• Bring in engineering resources to accelerate new use cases as needed.
• Leverage partners to create additional integrated solutions.
• Bridge business and technical conversations to access client budgets and drive outcomes.
• Develop and present value propositions, business cases, and commercial structures to clients.
• Lead strategic client plans and growth initiatives, including pipeline targets and risk mitigation.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across functions to act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale client-facing activities.
