Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with operators and contractors to deliver high value services.

You will present technical performance, support tender submissions, and collaborate with operations and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Ability to interpret wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Proven track record in managing full sales cycles with operators in shale basins.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build relationships with operators and drilling contractors; support tender submissions and renewals.
• Present technically; translate data into commercial value; ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
